How InControl uses Google user data

InControl is an AI business assistant ("Dana") that works over WhatsApp and the web. If you choose to connect your Google account, it uses:

• Gmail (read): to summarize your important emails and to detect receipts and invoices you received, so they are filed for you.
• Gmail (compose): to save reply drafts and to send an email on your behalf, only after you approve that exact email.
• Google Calendar (events): to show your schedule and to create, move or cancel events you ask for.
• Google Tasks: to add a task when you ask for one.

Limited Use

Google user data is used only to provide these features to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. InControl's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your control

You can disconnect Google at any time in the app settings or in your Google account; the stored access token is deleted at once. More: Privacy Policy · Terms of Service.
